Abstract (EN)
Purpose of the study: The study aims to determine (the degree of technique angles between the start and end of the 500 kayak, such as rowing cycle time, entry point (catching), shoulder blade angle degree, paddle exit point, tilt angle of the trunk and fully buried paddle angle). By conducting a preliminary and final test and applying the concurrent training program in the period between the two tests to determine the effect of the training program on the technical performance of the players. Method: The study included six men Kayaker aged 18-24 years old, with a body height of 180.0±5.25, and weight of 83.1±3.37. Participants included in the study as a volunteer and they were informed before about the test protocols and conditions subject 1 and Subject 2 groups were randomly selected. Rowers were divided into two separate groups as 3-person subject 1 and 3-person subject 2 groups, consisting of 6 men. The first group (experimental group) (3) represents the player and uses the program prepared by the researcher; the second group (control group) (3) depend on the curriculum developed by the coach of the national youth team. data collection in the study was made by using performance tests such as the paddle cycle time, entry point (catch), scapula angle degree, exit point of paddle, the trunk inclination angle, and fully buried paddle angle. The SPSS 24 software program was used for the data analysis. Paired-Sample T-test analysis was used to obtain the differences of the angular degrees at the beginning and at the end of the techniques included in the study. Results: Statistically significant differences were found in rowing cycle time (p = 0.00) and shoulder angle (0.02) in the angular differentiation between the beginning and the end of the same technique. While the rowing cycle time is lower at the beginning, this time appears to increase at the end. In the shoulder graft, statistically significant differences were found at the beginning of the technique, while a smaller angle was detected at the beginning of the technique, while this angular degree increased at the end of the technique while the change of angular degrees between the beginning and end tests was not found statistically significant in the values of the paddle entry angle (p = 0.49) and the paddle exit angle (p = 0.45), when the mean values were examined, the degrees of the angles at the end were decreased according to the angles recorded at the beginning in the paddle entrance angle and the paddle exit angle. It has been determined. While the variation of the angular degrees between the beginning and the end tests was not statistically significant in the values of the inclination angle of the trunk (p = 0.93) and the buried shovel angle (p = 0.71), when the mean values were examined, the degrees of the angles at the end according to the angles recorded at the beginning, in the angle of inclination of the trunk and the buried shovel has been found to increase. Conclusion: The use of a concurrent training program led to an improvement in physical and skill abilities that affect biochemical variables by increasing performance time, rapid testing (500 meters) and endurance. The possibility of using simultaneous training and ergometers according to the model breathing mechanism provided improved results for the trunk corners, knees and muscles by reducing the symptoms of fatigue and economic effort despite the increased stress and training volumes within the exercises.
