Le terme de l'obligation de livraison d'ouvrage dans le contrat d'entreprise

In our study, the duration/deadline of the obligation of the delivery of the work by the contractor is analyzed and the situations which result in a change on the delivery term are enumerated. It is accepted that certain just grounds which cause the contractor's work to be slowed down or suspended, by interrupting the process of the fulfilment of the work, may result in the extension of the delivery term, even if they are not regulated under the contract, and accordingly that such just grounds will postpone the contractor's obligation of delivery from becoming due.
