Abstract (EN)
With recent studies, high-entropy alloys have become more dominant over other alloys thanks to their multi-component structure and mixing entropy. High entropy alloys provide superiority in applications compared to other material types due to their chemical and mechanical properties such as high corrosion resistance, wear resistance, chemical stability, high temperature resistance and high hardness, and magnetic properties. In this study, solid Cr, Co, Fe, Ni, Ti, Al, Mo metal powders were brought together using the powder metallurgy method and 7 samples were prepared by adding 2% and 3% Al-Ti-Mo elements separately to the CrCoFeNi alloy by vacuum post-melting method. The changes in the structure and mechanical properties of the alloys were measured. SEM, XRD, EDS analyzes were performed for each sample and the effects on micro properties were examined. To examine the mechanical properties, wear and microhardness measurements were made and structural differences were compared. By adding varying amounts of Al, Mo, Ti to the equimolar CoCrFeNi high entropy alloy, it is aimed to create a more stable microstructure and to improve wear, corrosion, hardness and similar properties. This study aims to create new generation materials and expand the usage areas of high-entropy alloys through the changes created by the addition of Al, Ti, Mo elements in varying amounts to high-entropy alloys on the chemical and mechanical structure of the alloy.
