Abstract (EN)
The first part of this thesis which consists of six chapters, was taken as the Introduction part and a literatüre summary was made. In the second part, the basic concepts related to the integrity of the thesis are given. In the third chapter, the soft set theory is defined and the operations on the soft set are given and reinforced with examples. In the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters, respectively, soft groups, soft rings and soft modules are examined and their topologies are emphasized. This thesis study has been completed with the conclusion part.
