Abstract (EN)
Ethics is one of the most debated topics on the field of the sociology and management in recent times. Ethical issues have become current issue due to the increase on unethical behaviours. It is seen that the reference point of the ethics is the universities when they are considered having an educational and guidance effect on the society. The questions of "how unethical behaviours and practices that are likely to occur revealed" and "which organizational factors have an impact on revealing unethical behaviours" are very important in the context of ethics. In this respect, the role of organizational justice on revealing of unethical behaviours and practices in organizations is the main aim of this research. It is thought that this study will contribute theoretical point of view to the organizational behaviour literature because of lack of studies on the revealing of unethical behaviours and practices in the context of organizational justice. This study was conducted on 330 academic staff at a state university. In order to determine the number of academic staffs from each different departments stratified random sample method has been used. As a result of this study, it has been found that organizational justice has a meaningful and positive effect on internal, formal and informal whistleblowing behaviours as well as a negative effect on anonymous whistleblowing behaviour. The meaningful effect of organizational justice on external whistleblowing has not been found in this study. Keywords: Whistleblowing, Ethics, Organizational Justice
