Effects of ethical climate on organizational commitments: A field research

Abstract (EN)

The theoretical studies and research results show the importance of ethical climate and organizational commitment for organizations. Therefore, in this research it is aimed to determined effects of ethical climate on organizational commitment. The population of the study consists of white-collar employees in companies in the automotive sector connected to TEID (Ethics and Reputation Society). According to results of the research, it is found that employees ethical climate perceptions and organizational commitment levels are intermediate in general. Employees ethical climate perceptions differ considering the parametre like age and organizational commitment levels differ considering the parametre like education level. Although it is determined that employees cccaring climate perceptions has affects on affective commitment and normative commitment.
