Analysing of readiness states of school administrators and teachers related to the interactive classroom management

In this research, it was aimed to examine the readiness states of school administrators and teachers in relation to the interactive classroom management carried out within the scope of FATIH Project. The general survey model was used in the research. The pilot group of the study was composed of 300 people who were selected randomly from the administrators and teachers who were working in the secondary schools within the scope of FATIH project in Erzin, Dörtyol, Payas and İskenderun districts of Hatay province in the fall semester of 2017-2018 academic year and the application group was selected in the same way composed of 340 people. In the scope of the research, "Interactive Classroom Readiness Scale(ICRS)" was developed to determine the factors affecting the readiness to interactive classroom management. The developed scale consists of 4 factors; psychological readiness, self-efficacy, technical skills readiness and institutional readiness. The data was analyzed using packet programs. In the analysis of the data frequency, medial, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk test, Man Whitney-U test and Kruskal Whallis test were used. According to the results, it was observed that the participants' overall readiness for the interactive classroom management was high. It was observed that there was a significant difference in the general readiness between male participants and female participants. it was found that there was a significant difference in psychological readiness, self-efficacy and institutional readiness between administrators and teachers; and in technical skills readiness within professional seniorities; and also in psychological readiness and self-efficacy within school types.
