Abstract (EN)

According to the draft letters in the years 1327-1328 of The Charitable Foundations Ministry Of The Ottoman Empire, the incomes of the ministry surpassed the expenses. The utmost income is the receivables coming from The Central Treasury (From The Capital). The departments spending the most expenses are the expenses of the contruction and the repairs, the food costs of lodges, the caretakers? wages. There are serious differences between the wages according to the status, capability and degree of the personnel. In this draft letters, the allocations separeted for trustee, orphan and needy people, salaried prayers (duaguyan) were specified by name. In the general budget; including with little amount of payments for needy people, most of this amount was allocated for women. At the period reviewed by us, the budgets of the charitable foundations under the ministry don?t reach even the 2.5% of the Ottoman general budget. However, between the years 1326-1328, the budget of Charitable Foundations Ministry progressed in point of economic growth. However, this growth isn?t real but it is an inflationist growth.Key Words:Foundation, The minstery of the Ottoman foundations, Budget, The observations
