Marital adjustment: To examine with the aspect of value preferences and subjective happiness

Descriptive statistical techniques related to the variables with the mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage values were found. Analysis of the findings, the independent t test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA), the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis technique was utilized. As a result, the demographic variables analyzed in terms of marital harmony, marital adjustment, gender, education level, occupation, and marriage is concluded that differ according to the format. Considering the age of the individuals was decreased with increasing age, marital adjustment. Examined the relationship between the value preferences of marital harmony; futuvva, freedom, romantic values, human dignity, spirituality, intellectual values, career values, social values and a positive correlation was found between marital harmony. There wasn't a significant relationship between materialistic values and marital harmony. An examination of the relationship between marital adjustment and subjective happiness and a positive relationship between these two variables was significant. According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis, happiness, romantic values and human dignity were significant predictors of marital harmony, career values, spirituality, intellectual values, freedom, materialistic values, futuvva, social values, gender, and marital harmony of the significant variables in a form of marriage effect was not.
