Abstract (EN)
In recent years, the corrosive properties of aluminum alloys used in electric vehicles need to be improved. In this study, based on the problems encountered in crystal formation in cataphoresis phosphate subcoatings on different aluminum alloys, the effect of an alternative nano subcoating on corrosion performance through cataphoresis coating was investigated. By applying phosphate subcoatings and nano subcoatings with different compositions to three different aluminum alloys, cataphoresis coatings were produced and their corrosion performances were compared through dry adhesion, cycle test, and SCAB corrosion tests. Since this process can be applied not only to aluminum materials but also to other light metals, this study will shed light on new research.
