Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out between the years of 2016-2017 between two different thyme species (Thymus vulgaris L., Origanum majorana L.), sage (Salvia officinalis L.) and Lavender (Lavandula officinalis L.) collected from the vicinity of Campus area of Gaziosmanpasa University, Tokat province and Gaziosmanpasa University. ) plants and the potato juice (Phthorimaea operculella (Zeller, 1873) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae)), which is an important quarantine pest in the potato plant. Four different plant extracts prepared with ethanol were applied to potato juvenile larvae and eggs at doses of 3%, 5%, 10% (ml / l). Changes that occurred for 7 days were recorded. As a result, we found that 4 plant species we used were potato-resistant against different rates. From day 4 onwards, effects on larvae and eggs were observed in all plants. In the study of larva penetration, the insecticidal effect was observed at the concentration of 10% at the end of 7th day, 91.25% in O. majorana, 90.00% in Lavanta, 87.00% in T. vulgaris and 83.75% in T. vulgaris In the study applied to eggs, the highest concentration (10%) was observed in Lavanta and T. vulgaris, 73.75%, O.majorana 67.50% and sage 66.25%. As a result of this study, the insecticide effect against the opening of the egg and the larvae was determined. Growth retardation has also been recorded in larval with an increased dose other than death.
