Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study was to determine the effects of different exercise practices applied regularly for eight weeks biochemical parameters such as renalase, dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine. Eighty healthy students between the ages of 18-22, who study at Van Yuzuncu Yil University, do sports for health participated in the study. Participants were divided into 4 groups randomised as control group, aerobic exercise group, anaerobic exercise group and strength exercise group. Although the control group was not included in any exercise program, the exercise practices determined for the other groups were applied 3 days a week for 8 weeks. Resting blood samples were taken from all participants before and after research analyzes were performed. Renalase, dopamine epinephrine and norepinephrine levels were determined in the blood samples taken. SPSS package program was used for analysis of data. The level of significance was accepted as p<0.05. As a result of the analyses, the pre-post test values of the aerobic exercise group include renalase, dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine levels, the anaerobic exercise group's renalase, dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine levels, and norepinephrine levels of the strength exercise group. Statistically significant differences were found in renalase, dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine levels (p<0.05). Consequently, significant differences were detected in the renalase, dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine levels of the exercise.
