Abstract (EN)
In this study, fish waste compost, sheep manure, bacterial culture and chemical fertilizer (DAP) applications were compared with tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) by determining leaf nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium nutrients and SPAD chlorophyll values and fruit weight, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit volume, water soluble dry matter content in fruit juice, titratable total acid content in fruit juice and pH content in fruit juice. The fruiting period was two harvests. The soil samples used in the study were analyzed for texture, pH, electrical conductivity, lime, organic matter, available phosphorus and potassium. As a result of the study, the highest nutrient contents were found in tomato leaves grown under sheep manure application. The highest value in terms of SPAD chlorophyll value was in the fish waste compost treatment. The highest fruit weight and length values were also determined in the sheep manure treatment. The highest values of fruit length and diameter were in the second harvest period of fish waste compost treatment. When evaluated in terms of acidity in fruit juice, it was determined that the fruit obtained in both harvests was sweet. According to the results of soil analysis, it is clay loamy, neutral, calcareous, poor in terms of organic matter and available phosphorus and rich in potassium.
