Abstract (EN)
Fossil fuels play a major role in meeting today's energy needs. The lifespan of fossil fuels is constantly shortening with increasing energy sonsumption. Reducing dependence on fossil fuels is of great importance. For this reason, the trend towards alternative and renewable energy sources has increased as a result of studies carried out in the field of energy. In a year where 35-40% of the fossils consumed in the world are grown, the energy used in production is very important. In this direction, strengthening studies in education and directing these resources make it necessary to work on energy building applications. Due to the energy use of the uses within the scope of this thesis, the economy of using energy building applications, which benefit from standard usage areas in Turkey, can be disseminated with time intervals and comprehensive analyzes like a morti from these general usage plans. In the thesis study, the building with the same structural features, which was designed to be constructed in the provinces of Izmir, Ankara and Istanbul, was drawn in the energy simulation program DesignBuilder program and the energy simulations were made in the EnergyPlus Program. Planning the energy needed and economic analysis. There are different options for climate options, such as re-conditioning of different climate types, close-zone general appearance, and amortization of expenses such as going out and using the economic method. According to the results obtained in the thesis study, zero energy building results were achieved in all provinces of Izmir, Ankara and Istanbul with different solution packages. In the economic analysis, it was concluded that the payback period pays for itself in the short and medium term within the economic life of the investment and is feasible in all provinces of Izmir, Ankara and Istanbul.
