Abstract (EN)
In this study, the samples produced by powder metallurgy were sintered at 1100 °C for 120 minutes, and the effects of zirconia contained ceramic raw material amount on hardness, thermal diffusivity and microstructure were investigated in composites produced by adding ceramic powder to pure titanium at different rates (1%, 3%, 5%, 7%). Hardness measurements were carried out with Vickers micro hardness measurement method, density measurements were performed with Archimedes method, microstructure analyzes were performed with SEM. Microstructure, process, characterization studies have been blended to reveal relationships. As a result of the comparison of the produced ceramic metal composites with each other, the highest hardness was 461.3 HV in the Ti-5% Z codded sample, and the density was 4.17 gr/cm 3 in the Ti-3% Z coded sample, and the relative density was 94.2%. Thermal diffusivity decreased with the amount of additive.
