Abstract (EN)

Today, the lifetime of the cutting tools, which are used very intensively in the manufacturing industry and which is a significant percentage of the manufacturing costs, is increasing day by day. The tool is developing a variety to increase life. these; improving the cutting tool material, modernizing the machines used in manufacturing, coating the tools. The last priority seems to be another important issue. In addition to the other triple plant, the process was complementary to a pre-coating pre-coating function as well as other processes without ending the boot process before it appeared. The surface is clean and smooth to hold a deeply growing coating. It will also be an intermediate process, eliminating build-up overvoltages in sharp corners and benefiting from late breakage or no breakage of the tool. In this study, the stresses of the corner rounding process on the workpiece were examined and it was investigated that it can improve the tool wear and breakage. Based on the studies in the literature, comparisons were made regarding the current situation. Reference analyzes have been put forward for studies that advocate that tool wear may be less as a result of less stress on the workpiece and tool. First of all, no corner rounding was applied and the tool was analyzed as a reference. Then, with seven radial (8 µm, 12 µm, 16 µm, 20 µm, 32 µm, 48 µm and 64 µm) corner rounded tools and three chamfer angles (15 °, 25 ° and 40 °) and each Three (8 µm, 12 µm and 20 µm) variable hypotenuses depending on the chamfer angle and corner preparation were applied and cutting tools were analyzed. Comments were made on the significance of the analysis results and recommendations for team development results of these results were determined.
