Abstract (EN)
In this study, Platanus orientalis L. individuals grown in areas dominated by different climate types; it is aimed to determine the variation of some leaf characters depending on the climate type. For this purpose, dominated by the climate types of Terrestrial, Black Sea and Mediterranean in Turkey is Ankara, Kayseri, Van, Bart, Samsun, Adana, Antalya, Izmir and Canakkale city, grown in Platanus orientalis samples from the leaves of L. individuals were collected. Scaled images were obtained with the help of electron microscope (SEM = Scanning Electron Microscope) of collected leaf samples. Thus, with measurements made on these images, stoma length (μm), stoma width (μm), por length (μm), por width and stoma density (1 mm2 area) ), leaf width (cm), median length between the lobes (cm), length between the end lobes (cm), leaf stalk and leaf base angle (°) and the angle between the longest side vein and middle vein. The obtained data were evaluated as statistic and the change of these characters according to climate type and city was evaluated. In addition, by applying correlation analysis to the data, it was tried to determine the relations between the subject characters and climate data. In the results of working; it has been determined that not only the climate has a significant effect on the characters to be studied. For this reason, it can be shown that the subjects of the study are collected from the individuals who are raised for landscaping, and the practices in landscape studies change the microecological conditions in a clear way.
