Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effect of the dipolar - kuadrupolar interaction on the phase space of the fcc Blume - Emery - Griffiths model is investigated using heating algorithm which is improved from Creutz cellular automaton. The simulations are made on a face ? centered cubic lattice with linear dimensions L=4, 6, 8, 9 and 12 using periodic boundary conditions. The results of the investigations show that the model exhibits; reentrant, double reentrant and multi phase transitions and multicritical points as tricritical, bicritical and critical end point in the ferromagnetic region. A3B, AB and AB3 phases are determined in the staggered quadrupolar region. The investigations show that the dipolar - kuadrupolar interaction is effective on the phase transitions, the critical temperatures and the universal behavior.
