Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of Fe element on the morphological, thermal mechanical and magnetic properties of Ni-32.8Mn-4.6In-7.6Fe, Ni-37.3Mn-6In-6.1Fe and Ni-34.7Mn-4.3In-4.4Fe alloys were investigated. For the physical characterization of alloys; Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Vickers micro hardness, differintial scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal mechanical analysis (TMA) and Mösbauer spectrometry were used. DSC, Mösbauer and Vickers micro hardness methods showed that the phase transformation temperatures increased with increase of the e/a ratio in the alloys. The amount of Fe showed no effect on the isomer shift value but increased the hardness of the alloys. According to the compression test results, it was observed that the increase in the amount of Fe in the alloys increased the elastic modulus and yield yield strength. According to these results, Ni-37.3Mn-6In-6.1Fe alloy was determined as the most durable and ductile alloy. According to DSC results, the smallest temperature difference of T hysteresis was determined in the Ni-37.3Mn-6In-6.1Fe alloy.
