Abstract (EN)
Within scope of this thesis, a quantitative method has been developed by using high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of phenyramidole hydrochloride in pharmaceutical preparations and method was validated. Chromatographic separations were carried out using methanol: water (0.1% Trifluoroacetic acid) (40:60, v / v) as the mobile phase in the C18 column, 1.0 mL / min. at a flow rate and wavelength of 310 nm. The linear range was established between 80 – 120 mcg/mL, limit of quantitation (LOQ) and limit of detection have been obtained as 1.65 mcg/mL and 5.50 mcg/mL. Day to day repeatability was obtained as 98.66% and 98.63%, respectively. The recovery value from the tablets is 100.94%. This method has been successfully applied for the determination of the drug substance in the pharmaceutical preparations and it is easily applicable to routine analyzes in the pharmaceutical industry.
