Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of six sections. In the first section, the literature knowledge about the study has been given. In the second section, Fibonacci and Lucas numbers have been introduced and basic knowledges about the divisibility of numbers have been included. In the thirth section, basic identities related with Fibonacci and Lucas numbers have been proved. Divisibility properties of Fibonacci numbers have been examined detailed and it has been shown that whether similar properties are provided or not for Lucas numbers in the fourth section. In the fifth section, Fibonacci and Lucas congruences and their applications have been given. Lastly, the results obtained have been summarized and the some suggestions provided.
