Abstract (EN)
Key Words: Fibonacci numbers, Lucas numbers, Binet?s Formula, Fibonacci series, Lucas series, Fibonacci sums, Lucas sums.In this thesis, series and summation involving Fibonacci and Lucas numbers are examined. Fundamental definitions and theorems concerning with the Fibonacci and Lucas numbers are given in the first chapter.Series involving Fibonacci and Lucas numbers are considered in the second chapter.The last chapter are devoted to the summations involving Fibonacci and Lucas numbers. The summations considered are usually of the form and . Moreover similar summations are examined in this last chapter.
