Abstract (EN)
Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) drawing is an intra-articular rheumatic drawing of unknown etiology. In our study, there were 46 women. The study was made out by selecting Ischemic Compression (İCM) group, Instrument Fatigue Soft Tissue Mobilization (EYDM) group and CONTROL group among 46 women. EYYDM and İCM treatments were given to the people involved in the study for 8 weeks. As a result of these two treatments, the pain experienced by women was reduced and positive results were obtained in both total scores and sensory bites. Thanks to the inclusion of these two treatment methods in the process, pain was reduced and improvements were observed. It was observed that in all women who separated according to two treatment methods, their depression levels also decreased as a result of the treatments and significant results were obtained. When the two treatment methods were compared, it was found that women in the İCM group experienced more positive improvements in their depression levels. Again, more significant improvements were observed in the sleep levels and quality of life of women in the İCM group. At the end of the study, positive developments were experienced in individuals in all three groups. Based on this, it has been concluded that two treatment methods can be used in the treatment of this disease. Compared to women in the control group, it was observed that women in the EDAC and CCM groups were more satisfied after treatment. It has been understood that İCM treatment is preferred more because it can be applied more easily requires less cost. It was observed that the EYYDM method was also applied in addition to the İCM application. It will be more beneficial to make follow-up and evaluations at certain time intervals in order to understand more easily how the treatment methods affect individuals with fibromyalgia
