Ownership of artificial intelligence-generated works in intellectual and artistic works law

The concept of artificial intelligence gradually becomes an indispensable part of human life due to advancement of technology. Due to the fact that this concept is already included in our lives and it is prone to advance more, it doesn't seem possible to find solutions to potential problems by ignoring artificial intelligence. In this context, the thesis examines the ownerships of works created by artificial intelligence systems, both in international law and in Turkish law in particular. This article concludes that it does not seem to be answered adequately based on current regulations.
