The obligations of the parties in financial leasing agreement

The importance of financial leasing contract whose history dates back to very early times is gradually increasing globally and domestically. Accordingly, in our country, to introduce a more modern and contemporary regulation to financial leasing contracts, 13 December 2012 dated and 6361 no Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Firms Law has come into effect. In our dissertation, particularly the obligations of the parties in financial leasing agreement under this law have been addressed and analyzed from a legal perspective.
