Abstract (EN)

Financial management is the set of processes by which the inputs and outputs of cash and non-cash financial assets are managed for the needs of individuals and institutions. Investors and consumers have unlimited needs such as housing, cars, household goods, clothing, fuel, etc. throughout their lives. The financial financing of these needs is provided by cash and similar assets in their existing wallets and by loans, credit cards and guarantees from financial institutions. In case of insufficient funds, conventional banks or investment banks are approached. Financial institutions offer various repayment methods for the repayment of debts with factors such as a certain interest rate, commission, participation share, profit share and a certain term for the demands created by this application. The aim of this study is to develop financial models to meet the financial needs of individuals and institutions according to their needs such as housing, employment and cars. To this end, four new mathematical models have been developed for conventional and participation banking. In the models developed, repayments and rentals are considered to be partially arithmetically equal and partially geometrically equal. In addition, by performing application and analysis processes on real market data, examples and solution proposals for the emerging financing needs are presented.
