Abstract (EN)
Philosophy of Information was introduced by Luciano Floridi. Philosophy of Information handle with the relationship between data and information. Philosophy of information focueses on impact of digital life on human behavior. The increase in the speed of data has left behind the capacity to process data instantly. As a result, the methods and tools developed to efficiently process the increasing data have created big data. The Fourth Revolution, which Floridi defines as a new era in history, has been shaped by the change created by data. In our thesis, it has been tried to show the relationship between big data and onlife through Floridi's philosophy of information.
