Abstract (EN)
The approach of Turkey in the Central Asia is very distinct compared to its glances towards other political geographies. At the base of this approach, there are common historical identity characteristics such as the ethnicity, language, religion, culture etc. In this framework, this research project examines the ideological and strategic bases of Turkish policies in Turkic Central Asia by emphasising its practices and modifications according to the perceptions and repercussions within its Central Asian receivers.
