Abstract (EN)

Since the historical process in which photographic images entered our lives, image possibilities have developed day by day and have affected our lives intensely. Visual data has become a visual bombardment by infiltrating all areas of our lives. Information about the developments in the history of photography, subjective experiences and the fact that he lives with visual bombardment caused some questions in the researcher. For this reason, the main purpose of the research is how the sensory, emotional and intellectual perspectives created by subjective experiences in alternative design processes will be expressed in design studies. In this questioning, he aimed to capture a subjective language with a distanced attitude towards the act of taking photographs by going beyond what is popular. The research was carried out with a/r/tography, an art-based research method, by making sense of living questioning. Since he was both a participant and a researcher of the research, he analyzed his procedural experiences in the context of artist/researcher/learner and teacher identities with an autobiographical and auto-ethnographic inquiry. In the research, the data were obtained from the researcher's diary, art and design studies, documents consisting of written and visual materials. As a result of the rhizomatic analysis of the data, the meanings of "subjective inquiries", "contrasts", "aesthetic manipulations in subjective inquiries" and "learning flow in the pool of inquiry, opposition and aesthetics" were reached.
