Abstract (EN)
For a photovoltaic (PV) module, determination of its electrical circuit parameters and plotting their current-voltage curves is of great importance in terms of efficiency analysis. Therefore, in present work, performances analysis of analytical solution methods suggested for determining the unknown variables of single-diode circuit model have been done. The accuracy of the models is tested through the results obtained for single-, double- and three-diode equivalent circuit models. Several PV modules, which are widely studied in the related literature by applying analytical, partly-search based, and meta-heuristic methods are used for comparison purposes. The system curves that belong to the output power and current (P-V and I-V) are also considered in comparisons. The Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and the Coefficient of Determination (R2) values between calculated and real data are also used for comparison and the model/models which has advantage for parameter estimation is founded.
