Abstract (EN)

This thesis analyzes Fuzûlî's masnavi "Leylâ and Majnun" within the framework of object relations theory. The purpose of this research is to determine the psychological structures of the characters in the masnavi and the reflections of these structures in the literary work. For this purpose, the object relations and the development of these relationships of the main characters, Leylâ and Majnun, were analyzed using psychoanalytic methods. At the core of the study is the understanding of the inner worlds of Fuzûlî's characters and their outward expressions. In this context, the main themes of the masnavi and the relationships between the characters are evaluated from the perspective of object relations theory. The findings provide significant insights into understanding the inner worlds of Fuzûlî's characters and their literary representations. This study aims to contribute to the psychological analysis of classical literary works by facilitating a deeper understanding of the masnavi from a psychoanalytic perspective.
