Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted in order to determine influence of different nitrogen fertilizer dosage and growth regulators and theirs importances in the view of agricultural and technological characteristics including connections with corresponding on cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.). Experiments were caried out the duration period of 3 years in 1998- 1999 and 2000. The experiments constiuted as a split plot in 3 replications and the levels of nitrogen used were dealed with 0, 6, 12, 18 kg/N per decare as a main treatments including 5 subtreatments as a control, Pix (100ml / da), Pix (100ml / da)), Atonic (150ml / da) and Atonic (300ml / da). According to the results of varians analyses, applications of nitrogen and growth regulators on cotton yield was obtained at statisticaly wheras interaction of nitrogen x growth regulators was found out insignificant level. The highest cotton yield of every 3 years was provided by using 18 kg/da nitrogen and atonic (300 kg/da). As a result of regression analyses found; The relationship between nitrogen fertilizer and yield were obtained at 1% (r =0,9649821) in propability significant level. The equation of the quadratic equation was found out that is Y =266.117+ 21.547X - 0.623X2 By using this equation; Natural optimum point is 17 kg/ da N and the result of economic fertilizer dosage being done has been confirmed as 16 kg/ da N. The height of plant; the number of sympdio branch and boll were increased when applied nitrogen and the height of plant was reduced by pix treatment althought applications of atonic was increased the lenght of plant.
