Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the inlet of compressor, burning chamber and turbine and exhaust temperatures of LM 2500 gas turbine working according to Brayton cycle were detected by the DDI(Digital Display Indicator) on the control pannel and found values and the physical and chemical exergy values of air in the inlet and outlet of the compressor and air-fuel mixture in the inlet and outlet of the burning chamber and fuel in the inlet of the burning chamber were calculated numerically to various compressor values. First, exergy values produced by state points were calculated, then total exergy production was found. After that, exergy loses of state points were calculated numerically. Then accepting air as perfect gas, thermodynamic analysis was made according to the values derived from DDI system. In the system methan gas was used as fuel and air-fuel ratio was accepted % 2. In the consequences of analysis being made as independent from fluid mass per time compressor and turbine works, heat going into system, heat going out of the system, thermel efficiency of cycle, remaining work ratios were found. Key Words : Gas Turbine, Exergy, Thermodynamic Analysis, Enthalpy, Entropy
