Abstract (EN)
The relationship between philosophy and religion in the history of Islamic thought is an important issue with theological and philosophical implications. The tradition of tehâfüt (incoherence), which began with al-Ghazālī and continued for many years, holds a significant position in terms of the relationship between religion and philosophy, constituting a common concern for both philosophers and religious scholars. Thus, by virtue of the shared subjects of discussion in the domains of religion and philosophy, which have existed as long as human history, and have been subjects of debate among philosophers and religious scholars from the past to the present, the study intends to assess the relationship between these two fields, emphasizing their interdependence, and underscore the significance of tehâfüt in elucidating the relationship between philosophy and religion.
