Abstract (EN)

Occupational health and safety practices the increasing industrialization of our country and in world is spreading quickly. In our country, occupational health and safety, occupational health and safety of the entry into force of the law, which is required to obtain the services business has become inevitable development in this direction. Occupational health and safety of basic principle is protect employees to increase the efficiency and quality of production. The purpose of the study are employees of perspective to occupational health and safety practices in a textile factory Gaziantep and employees and according to employees's demographic characteristics differences determine and exhibite. The older generation due to the volume of work done in the textile factories and employed, enables my employees is more. İn study, education of employees, work accidents passing situations, have experienced situations with a lot of questions about safety in the results, have experienced, there has been compared in that position are obtained some significant results(p<0.05). 166 surveys were applied to workers who agreed to participate in the study. SPSS software was used for the analysis. Chi-square test to compare independent groups, were applied to test the descriptive analysis and frequency analysis in descriptive analysis. As a result, employees's occupational health and safety and to receive training related to his work, employees pay attention to the top of the occupational health and safety practices is to make them feel more secure in their jobs.
