Abstract (EN)
Allergy is expressed as a hypersensitivity reaction that affects the body of some individuals exposed to the same amount of foreign substances (antigens) In this study, it was aimed to determine the allergen protein concentrations of Red Pine (Pinus brutia L.), (Plantago major L.) (Platanus orientalis L.) pollen which are common in Gaziantep.Pollen samples were collected during dissemination periods and extraction procedures were performed. The concentrations of extracted pollen proteins were determined. The concentrations of extracted pollen proteins were determined.Pollen extracks were prepared by pollinating the pine trees of pinus brutia L. Plantago major L. and Platanus orientalis L. To determine the morphology of pollen preparation were preperad by wodehouse method and photographed under light microscope. Total concentrations of potential allergen proteins were determined by BCA method from prepared polen extracts The standard allergen kits used in the clinic were compared with the protein concentrations of the kits, the results were recorded for evaluation.
