Abstract (EN)
In this study in which we deal with the Islamic ruling on food additives, we tried to raise awareness regarding the food additives, the Islamic ruling on which and the ingredients of which are not known, which is one of the problems faced by Muslims today caused by industrialization, which causes the boundaries between societies to disappear, and a materialistic approach to life, thereby challenging them to eat halal food and raise healthy generations. In this framework, we analyzed the subject matter from the two main perspectives of basic food substances, the Islamic ruling on them, and of istikhlak (assimilation) and istihalah (transformation). In doing so, we sought to reveal that the additives in basic consumable food substances are problematic, and that, if used, they might lead to serious risks related to the life in this world and in the Hereafter.
