Abstract (EN)
The research is a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted to determine the e-health literacy, psychological resilience and prenatal stress levels of pregnant women. The sample of the study consisted of 264 pregnant women who applied to Aksaray Training and Research Hospital Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinics and Polyclinics between January 2024 and June 2024. The obtained data were evaluated using SPSS 24.0 program. Descriptive statistics are presented as mean (±), standard deviation, median (min-max), number and percentage. Data were evaluated by two independent samples t-test and one-way analysis of variance. Spearman correlation test was used to determine the relationship between variables. Statistical significance level was accepted as p<0.05. It was found that the age of the pregnant women ranged between 18 and 47. The mean e-health literacy score of the pregnant women was found to be 29.04±5.84, the mean psychological resilience score was found to be 19.24±3.94 and the total mean prenatal stress level score was found to be 11.18±6.07. A statistically significant and positive relationship (r=0.290, p<0.01) was found between the e-health literacy scale and the brief psychological resilience scale, and a statistically significant and negative relationship (r=-0.322, p<0.01) was found between the brief psychological resilience scale and the prenatal distress scale. According to the research, it was found that almost half of the pregnant women had insufficient health literacy and experienced prenatal distress, but their prenatal distress was low. Since inadequate health literacy can cause the mother to experience stress and prevent her from acquiring behaviors that protect her and her baby's health, it is recommended that training be provided to increase the mother's health literacy level.
