Abstract (EN)

Pregnancy is a period of hormonal and psychosocial lifestyle. Pregnancy anxiety in this century. diseases such as depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder; Some of the extreme limitations of the use of psychotropic medication are serious psychiatric disorders. Considering that most of the pregnancies are your plan, overcoming these problems causes problems in terms of both pregnant and fetus. Almost all antidepressants in the prenatal period are at risk of anomaly in the fetus. In our thesis study, fluoxetine, escitalopram and sertraline were considered to be teratogenic. The age of the rats were determined by gavage from the first day of the pregnancy and fetuses were taken by the mother on the 16th day. Immunohistochemical staining of the fetuses followed histologically, nNOS and p73 expressions in the neural system were determined, immunopositive values were counted and the result statistic was analyzed. At the same time, it was evaluated in the development of fetus by looking at height and cortex thickness. As a result; The size and cortex of the fetuses can be determined and treated. In the evaluation of nNOS and p73 expressions, the most prominent effect was seen in the sertraline drug group. According to the control group, fluoxetine and escitalopram were also observed in the drug groups. We think that the use of this medication is preferable to the use of annual duration of use of the drug given to the fluoxetine drug group.
