The Importance Of The Measurements For The Treatment Algorithm Which Applied On The Arthrorgaphy Used For The Patients With Developmental Dysplasia Of Hip And These Measurements Clinical Effects Aim: We aimed to figure out the importance of the relation between the measurement which applied on the arthrography as a standart treatment protocol in DDH(developmental dysplasia of hip) and the possibility of occurring avascular necrosis and residual dysplasia in our study. Methods: In our study , we entered 46 patients' 54 hips followed up at least 12 months after the treatment with closed reduction and hip-spica cast according to the arthrography. We evaluated the shape of the limbus, medialization ratio, acetabular coverage ratio , lateralization ratio and the ratio of medial pooling to femoral head. We compared the measurement s applied on the arthrogram with the occurring avasculer necrosis and reduction success from the last follow up the radiography Result: We treated 46 (40 female, 6 male) patients' 54 hips (33 left ,21 rigth). The average treatment age was 6.6 (2-17)months. The average follow up was 32.3(12.3-94,4) months.We evaluated 18(%33) patients with avascular necrosis , 11(%20.3) with reziduel dysplasia. We evaluated no correlation between avasculer necrosis and reduction success with medialization ratio, acetablar covarege ratio, lateralization ratio and radio of medial pooling to femoral head. Conclusion: İn our study ,we figure out no statistics data between the measurements (the shape of the limbus, medialization ratio, acetabular coverage ratio , lateralization ratio and the ratio of medial pooling to femoral head ) and the risk of avasculer necrosis and residual dysplasia long term follow up Key: DDH, Arthrography, Closed Reduction
