For the research, questionnaire method was applied to the employees and various evaluations were made with the answers of the participants. The survey consists of five main sections. These sections are as follows; sociodemographic characteristics for the first part, cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression strategies for emotion regulation strategies for the second part, the perceived stress level based on the results of the stress for the thirth part, a total of five stressors (job conditions, job satisfaction, communication with colleagues, fairness in the workplace and management's attitude) for the fourth part and the consequences of stress for the fifth part. As a result of the research, the current correlation between the stress level determined on the employees and the emotion regulation strategy has been reviewed.
