Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine the Young Turkish Composers? approach to rhythm construction, performance and audience during the period of composing. Within this concept, information on many ?Turkish Composers of the Republic Era? and ?Rhythmic Structure? and further data on ?Elements of Rhythm that They Use during the Composing Process? and their approach to several other issues was gained by in-depth interviews with some of the young Turkish Composers. As a result, the gained data was used in order to explain the composers? methods of rhythm construction, the phenomena that influenced their music and their approach to several other issues and these were then evaluated. The composers? lacking a significant communication network was one of the outstanding findings.
