Abstract (EN)
While we are investigating unemployment, probably the most important issue is "youth unemployment". This issue appears in the form of unemployment of educated youth, in our country. The main reason for an unemployed young, although he or she is educated, is the lack of integration of educational system with market economy. This problem can be solved shortly by appropriate regulations on occupational education. These regulations are also supported in the process of EU integration. Besides we know such countries which were faced with this problem, overcame it by developing and supporting occupational education. Under these circumstences, in order to solve youth unemployment problem; occupational education must be a priority and occupational education system must be adapted to the progressive world conditions. young people must also be encouraged to attend occupational education. The notion of "information worker", which is needed by "new economy" of contemporary economic improvements, certainly needs a clear definition. Community should be informed that; required typology of new economy can only be created by occupational education. In order to adapt educational system to the market economy, occupational education foundations must educate such employees that corporations really need.Key Words1. Unemployment2.
