Abstract (EN)
It is purposed to compare the teachers? organizational trust levels in general high schools, occupational and technical high schools in the province of Elazığ. The trust levels to administrators, colloquies and shareholders of the teachers who work in general, occupational and technical high schools according to sex, age, occupational seniority, number of teachers and branch variables. Generally, analyzing the results, it has been found that while trust to administrators has the highest mean, trust to shareholders has the lowest mean.
