Abstract (EN)
In the study the texts in the Literature books used inthe second classat high schools are evaluated. The purpose of teaching Turkish language is to attract attention to the sense dimension of Turkish by the texts. Clear meaning features chosen randomly from texts in books, relation among the words, literary arts leaning against meaning are shown. In this study first the texts are examined through word meaning. The meaning features in the texts belong to different periods and artists, are given importance. The result of the study 1. The meaning features of the texts chosen from the literature book used in second class at high schools are tried to expose. 2. At language taught, the internal features of the big configuration called language, the importance of meaning dimension is tried to displayed. 3. According to the West, meaning finds less study field at the Turkish Language and Literature. 4. There is an attention to the dictionaries after the books understanding the text an language taught. It is made clear that the habbit of using dictionaries by teacher and students.
