The application of extended ferundlich adsorption isotherm model on zeolites

The extended Freundlich isotherm equation andHenry?s law which were derived from the basic integral equation wasexamined.As an application, the isotherms of Gördes clinoptilolite which weregetting from Nova 2200 and Autosorb and the fitting of these isotherms tothe extended Freundlich isotherm equation were examined. The fitting oftheory and experiement is perfect through low pressure region. At highpressure region, theoretical data deviates from experimental data.Comparing the relative errors of parameters getting from Nova 2200and Autosorb, it was seen that Autosorb gives smaller relative errors thanNova 2200. The reason of this difference is that Autosorb is a more developedsystem comparing with the Nova 2200.
