Abstract (EN)
In this study, Genista sandrasica, endemic plant in Turkey, was analysed for its total and free genistein and daidzein content by using HPLC method.The total and free genistein amount was found in Genista sandrasica as % 0.582 and % 0.013 respectively. Total and free daidzein content of the aerial parts of Genista sandrasica was found to be % 0.113 and % 0.068.
