Abstract (EN)
In this study, some nucleus energy transition values of the products of germanium isotopes and the half-live of 75Ge isotope were obtained based on experimental data by using photonuclear reactions of (γ,n) ve (γ,p). The photonuclear reactions were carried out as a result of bombardment of germanium isotopes with 18 MeV photons by using clinic linear accelerator. The gamma-rays which are emitted in consequence of decays of the products, which are produced with reactions, differ with nuclei and have characteristics properties. The radiation of isotope nuclei are counted with high purity germanium detector in channels corresponding to related energy values of gamma-rays and spectroscopic results were obtained. The obtained data were analyzed with statistical errors and energy transition values and half-live value were obtained. The published energy transition values belong to nucleus energy transition values of 75As and 69Ga which were produced as results of the decay of 75Ge and 69Ge isotopes, relatively. Finally, the half-live calculation were performed with counts indicating the number of decayed nuclei with time. The half-live value for 75Ge isotope as 81.67 minutes is %1.34 close to the number which is the best value in literature.
