Abstract (EN)

In the economics of the countries which have been developing, the sharing of enterpreneur has increased quickly. When we say enterpreneur, we firsty think about KOBI ( a small business is independently owned and operated with a small number of employees and relatively low volume of sales). KOBI?s are volumes which employ under 250 people in a year, whose yearly net sales proceeds or financial statements don?t exceed 5 million turkish liras anda re classified micro business, small business and medium business. In our country KOBI?s build up 99.63 percent of the firms which work at the production industry. Therefore, KOBI?s are so important about the competition power of our country with the other countries.Although KOBI?s are important for the economy of our country, KOBI?s haven?t benefited enough from the bank loons. Inflation, economic crisis and high funding cost dramatically cause KOBI?s to get poor.Nowaday, the contribution of KOBI?s for the economy of country understood and KOBI?s have the opportunities of many public and private loons.The excess liqiudity of banks have made KOBI?s the magnet for credits. After banks got necessary colleteral and boils, banks began present many different goods and services for KOBI?s.Key words : 1-)KOBI2-)Finance3-)Bank4-)Credit
