Abstract (EN)
In this study, the investigation of thermal efficiency aimed at the hot water collector system with latent heat store. For this aim; a latent heat store tank combined with hot water collector was designed. Some experiments were done and finally the results were discussed. In the study, The efficiencies of insulated tank, the standard PCM's tank and improved PCM's tank combined with natural convection solar collector was found out and compared to each other. The experiments are conducted by putting a certain amount PCM into the tank with latent heat store and results are presented. Various parameters such as radiation, temperatures and efficiency are evaluated for the days indicated between July-November 2013. As a result of this study, it has been found out that the highest efficiency is obtained by using improved PCM's tank at 1330 in July.
